TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the Owner Loyalty Program Card, member agrees to be bound by the program rules, terms and conditions.
The Owner Loyalty Program is a program sponsored by Beneventi Chevrolet that allows owners to earn incentive “Dollars” toward future service, parts, and body work purchases; as well as, purchase of a new vehicle. (Used vehicles are excluded from this program.)
Participation
All members must be 18 years of age to participate. Member must be present to sign up for the program. Fleet or wholesale customers may not be eligible to participate, as well as: other dealerships, corporations, partnerships, and/or other entities. Employees of Beneventi Chevrolet can participate in the Punchcard Promotion, however, can not participate in accumulating or redeeming Dollars.
Earning Program Dollars
When first enrolled, the customer will receive a Beneventi Chevrolet Owner Loyalty Card. In addition, 5 Dollars for service, parts, and body work, as well as, 100 Dollars for purchase of a new vehicle will be automatically applied to the member’s loyalty card. Thereafter, with every dollar you spend in our service, parts, or body shop departments, we will apply 3% of your bill (not including taxes and/or miscellaneous expenses) to your loyalty card. Each of the Dollars earned is equal to one dollar in discounts. Dollars are earned on customer pay transactions only. Factory warranty, extended service contracts, insurance claims, or deductible charges of any type do not qualify for Dollar accumulation. Previous purchase prior to the program is not eligible for Dollar accumulation. Dollars may only be accumulated at the time a member makes a qualified purchase. Members must present a valid membership card at time of purchase in order to accumulate Dollars. Dollars may be accumulated for a maximum of two years from the original members start date, but may not exceed the Dollars maximum accumulation. Transaction credits will be posted within 30 days of the qualified transaction date. Member’s Dollar standings can be checked at a Beneventi Chevrolet scan terminal or online at www.gmpreferredowner.com. Member can only access their account if Beneventi Chevrolet has input the member’s e-mail address into the Owner Loyalty Program System. Your Owner Loyalty Card can be used for any, and only, vehicles in your household.
Redeeming Program Dollars
It is the member’s sole responsibility to notify Beneventi Chevrolet prior to invoicing the amount of redemption in which to be used. Dollars are only redeemable at Beneventi Chevrolet. Dollars cannot be redeemed same day as accumulation. Program Dollars have no actual cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Dollars can not be used for down payment or financing for a vehicle purchase. Dollars may not be transferred from account to account. At no time can member’s pool accumulated Dollars to increase standings. Any items purchased through the Owner Loyalty Program cannot be returned for cash. All returned items value will be applied to the Owner Loyalty Card. Dollar redemption is not combinable with any and all GM Vehicle Purchase Programs or Beneventi Chevrolet discount offers (including Beneventi Chevrolet’s Loyalty Punchcard). Accumulated Dollars may not be redeemed if you are in default under the terms and conditions of these rules or with any obligation which may be due. Beneventi Chevrolet reserves the right to determine redemption eligibility.
Program Rules and Regulations
Maximum accumulation on service, parts, and body shop Dollars is 300. Maximum redemption on service, parts, and body shop Dollars is 300. Maximum accumulation on new vehicle purchase Dollars is 100. Maximum redemption on new vehicle purchase Dollars is 100. Owner Loyalty Program Membership and Dollars have no actual cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Membership and Dollars can not be sold, bartered, brokered or transferred for any reason including death and domestic matters. Membership expires two years from the original membership start date, at which member will receive a new card. Accumulated Dollars must be used prior to membership expiration or the Dollars will be forfeited. Participation in the Owner Loyalty Program is offered at the sole discretion of Beneventi Chevrolet and may be terminated at any time without prior notice. Beneventi Chevrolet reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation; if in the dealership’s sole judgment the member violates the rules, terms and regulations governing this program. In the event of disqualification or program termination, accumulated Dollars will be immediately terminated. Membership cards remain the property of Beneventi Chevrolet and must be surrendered upon request. GM, FMR, and Beneventi Chevrolet reserve the rights to audit all accounts for compliance with these rules. In the event the audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of the program earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved. Beneventi Chevrolet reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accumulated Dollars. All decisions considered final. GM, FMR, and Beneventi Chevrolet are not responsible and assume no liability for changes in or discontinuance of Beneventi Chevrolet’s service, which may affect the program benefits. Nothing in these rules or in the program shall be construed to establish an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Beneventi Chevrolet, FMR, GM or any other party. Participation in the Owners Loyalty Program constitutes each customers full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. GM, FMR, and Beneventi Chevrolet reserve the right to change the program rules at any time without prior notice to members.
